Netflix has revealed a new full-length trailer for the Korean-language movie, "Carter." Starring Joo Won, the action-packed thriller, ‘Carter’ will release on August 5 on Netflix worldwide.
The teaser trailer (watch above) delivers fascinating peeks into the story, showcasing a mystery voice telling Carter that if he disobeys the command to proceed on a special mission, a lethal bomb implanted in his mouth will detonate. The action moments are breathtaking, ranging from fierce physical warfare to spectacular airplane stunts.
In the movie, Carter's memory has been erased, but he knows one thing for certain: he must complete the assignment set for him, or he will lose his life. Carter, Netflix's first major Korean film in the second half of 2022, follows the titular spy as he attempts to figure out who he is.
Carter stars Joo Won, who has developed a strong presence in a variety of genres of K-dramas and films. It is directed by Jung Byung-gil, who is known for his adrenaline-pumping action cinematography. Carter is portrayed with a cross carved on his head in the new teaser poster. This, along with the phrase "No Memory, One Mission," will leave people wondering about Carter's identity and disguised mission.
