Netflix has revealed a new extended trailer (watch above) for the Japanese-language series, ‘Fishbowl Wives.’ The adult love story of extramarital affairs or forbidden romance ‘Fishbowl Wives’ will release on Netflix on February 14, worldwide.

The trailer begins with a group of ladies as the headline displays "A story of six wives and their affairs." Later, it says, "Why did these wives cross the line?" with some hot and steamy romantic action followed by glimpses of domestic violence.

The series follows Sakura Hiraga (Ryoko Shinohara), who lives on the top floor of a high-rise condo building overlooking an urban area with a traditional atmosphere, after an accident gives up on her dreams and marries a beauty salon owner. She adored her spouse at first, but now she is faced with nasty words and physical assault. Sakura, on the other hand, is unable to leave her marital home and quickly finds herself associating with a "goldfish" in its bowl. One day, the "goldfish" leads her to a chance meeting with a man. When he accepts her for who she is, Sakura is unable to suppress the feelings she has kept hidden and crosses a line. Is this a one-night stand? Or is it destiny?
