Marvel Studios has revealed the premiere date for the first season of ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ during its NYCC Panel discussion this Saturday. The nine-episode ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ will be released on March 4, 2025, on Disney+, worldwide. Along with the premiere date, a trailer was also revealed exclusively for the NYCC audience, which has been leaked online by a few people present there.

The leaked trailer shows Charlie Cox returning as Matt Murdock aka Daredevil, Vincent D'Onofrio as Wilson Fisk aka Kingpin, and Jon Bernthal as Frank Castle aka the Punisher. The trailer demonstrated the series' brutal nature, with Daredevil sadly contemplating, "Somebody's gotta protect the streets" and "New York is what it's always been: out for blood."

The cast also includes Margarita Levieva as Heather Glenn: Murdock's love interest, Michael Gandolfini as Daniel Blade, Genneya Walton as BB Urich, Arty Froushan as Buck Cashman, Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Elden Henson as Franklin "Foggy" Nelson, Wilson Bethel as Benjamin "Dex" Poindexter, Jeremy Earl as Cole North, and Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Marianna-Fisk.

In the series, Matt Murdock and Wilson Fisk try to put their rivalry and darker alter-egos aside to help the people of New York, only for their pasts to catch up with them. Set in the Multiverse saga, ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ will follow Cox’s title character Daredevil, legally known by the name Matt Murdock, an attorney by day and crimefighter by night in the Hell's Kitchen. The show will continue the story of the Disney+ series, Echo.

Additional cast of the series includes Mohan Kapur who reprises his MCU role as Yusuf Khan, Kamar de los Reyes appears as Hector Ayala / White Tiger, and Lou Taylor Pucci. The character Muse will also appear sometime in the series. Before the series' creative overhaul, the following were known to be involved with the series: Nikki M. James as Kirsten McDuffie, Clark Johnson as Cherry, and Zabryna Guevara as Sheila Rivera, along with Michael Gaston and Harris Yulin.
