A drug-addicted Lucy is a cheekily violent Lucy. She has little patience for level-headed dialogue or peace. Snarl just a little, and you'll face the wrath of bullets she fires with impish glee. This is obviously not your typical Lucy—the same Lucy who, a few episodes ago, was in no mood to apologize for not killing somebody. Sure, her kindness led her down the path of crucifixion in Episode 3, but that doesn't mean her bloodthirsty tendencies stem from a sudden awakening of cynicism. During her—um—Romanian capture, Lucy was left dehydrated and starving. The Ghoul later took her to an NCR Ranger holdout, where drugs were used to aid her recovery. As a result, Lucy is now a drug addict. She pops pills and clears obstacles by spilling blood enthusiastically.

In the world of Fallout, violence is the only solution, it seems. Maximus, after all, had to kill Xander because Xander simply wouldn't listen to him. Lucy stood before the Romans, insisting she was innocent and kind—and was anyway punished. Woody, a Vault 32 resident, files a formal complaint with Overseer Steph, but the accused is Steph herself. She promises to investigate herself and get back to him—yeah, right. Two Overseers convene to discuss a water crisis and ultimately arrive at no solution. So what's the point of talking? Just take out your guns and fight.

It's worth noting that Norm is currently leading a group of Vault-Tec executives through deceit, but who's to say that once they learn the truth, they won't revolt violently? This futuristic wasteland, it seems, has no room for good values or morality. Keep one finger on the trigger. Stay alert. Got it? Okey dokey.

Final Score- [5/10]
