The third season of Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight is about Po and the Dragon Knights traveling to England. Rita Ora has given the voice of Wandering Blade, and Jack Black voices Po. The audience gets to see The Dragon Knights in their best form. The group gets to make allies and unfortunately meet some long-lost foes. This challenge of finding and destroying the Tianshang weapons requires united efforts. The third season follows the events after Po finds out about his father and his birthplace.

The third season opens with Po, Rukhmini, Wondering Blade, Po’s dad, and Akna on their ship when they encounter the Pirate Queen Forouzan. She was Po’s dad’s lover when he used to be a pirate. Unaware of his dad’s past, he gets dramatic and starts to question everyone’s reality. He overdramatizes and this gets the audience many scenes worth laughing at.

While the whole crew’s life was in danger, the Dragon Knights knew how to take care of themselves. Wherever this group goes, mayhem follows. There’s a good thing also and that is how they always find a solution together.

After safely escaping from the Pirate Queen, they are encountered by the Knights of England. So, the group is taken to England and they manage to escape the Knights as well. With a motive to meet the Queen and find out more about Sir Alfred. He is Luthera’s brother and also in control of the Tianshang weapons.

The goal this season is to locate Alfred and destroy these weapons. The scene in which Po allies with the Queen is amazing. He didn’t know a thing about chess yet managed to bond with the Queen. She told him the secret exit of the palace so that he could save himself and his friends.

Many efforts are made to track Alfred and find traces of how he came into possession of these weapons. Since he has been in control, the peace in the world was destroyed. This is contrary to Alfred’s beliefs as he thinks that he can save the world when in reality, he is the one posing a threat to harmony.

Ultimately, a final confrontation is shown. This too wasn’t easy as they had to fake a fight between England and China to gain Alfred’s attention. In the end, all the weapons are destroyed, and new continents are formed.

There’s not a single episode in this 19-episode-long series that will make you feel bored. Significant progress is made with each passing attack. The duration of all the episodes is 24 minutes, making Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knight Season 3 an easy watch. Be it the action scenes, dialogues, or animation, I am impressed by all of it.

Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knights Season 3 is highly addictive even for adults. The children will learn the value of friendship and that unity lies in strength. The title is appropriate for this weekend and the family can watch it together. In all, Kung Fu Panda: The Dragon Knights Season 3 is an entertaining watch.

Final Score – [8/10]
