‘Snabba Cash’ Season 2 Gets Trailer and Release Date on Netflix

Netflix has revealed the first teaser trailer and premiere date for the second season of the Swedish-language series, ‘Snabba Cash.’ The highly anticipated ‘Snabba Cash’ Season 2 will release on September 22 on Netflix, worldwide.

The first episode of ‘Snabba Cash’ season 2 will also premiere at the festival Way Out West in Gothenburg, on August 13.

The second season of Snabba Cash is set a year after the first. Leya is one of Sweden's most promising startup stars. Target Coach is about to go public, and Leya appears to be more successful than ever, but she is haunted by memories of Salim. Jamal (Ardalan Esmaili) is a recently divorced guy who works as the operations manager at Leya's former elementary school. He is lobbying for more opportunities for his young students, but management would rather continue to slash the budget.

The air on the streets is more hostile than ever. Ravy is being pressed by the police and their new methods, as well as his new competitor Zaki (Adam Kais). The market is crying out for more drugs, and the cartels are eager to supply them, but the gangs are short on young dealers. Against her will, Leya is reminded of her prior links with the underworld, and she crosses paths with Ravy, Nala, and Osman once again - all in the relentless pursuit of easy money.

Created by Oskar Söderlund & Jesper Ganslandt, the series stars Evin Ahmad as Leya, Dada Fungula Bozela, Ayaan Ahmed, Ardalan Esmaili, Tina Salih, Khalil Ghazal, Adam Kais, Elbron Bella, Baba Diop, Omar Abdulqadir, Ali Alarik, Olle Sarri, Johan Jan Jonason, Yasmine Garbi, and others.

Jesper Ganslandt, Lisa Farzaneh, and Måns Månsson are the directors of the second season. Jens Lapidus, Fredrik Wikström Nicastro, Susann Billberg, and Tim Kin are the executive producers with Nicklas Wikström Nicastro as a producer. Snabba Cash is produced by SF Studios in collaboration with Strive Stories for Netflix.
