As the film unfolds, it's easy to predict where the plot but the ending still manages to catch you off guard. This element of surprise left me both puzzled and intrigued. While the storyline was straightforward and captivating, it was the unexpected conclusion that set it apart from typical horror films, where the main character often finds a way to escape.
Yasamen Jasem delivers a standout performance as Dewi, skillfully capturing the depth of her character's emotions. She fully embodies Dewi’s overwhelming sense of grief and yearning for her mother, whom she was powerless to save. Jasem’s portrayal brings authenticity to the role, conveying the complex layers of sorrow, guilt, and helplessness that drive Dewi’s actions throughout the film. Every glance, hesitation, and breakdown reflects her internal struggle, making Dewi's emotional journey feel raw and relatable. Bryan Domani too shines as Sena showcasing the emotional layer in the character well. Overall the movie is a one-time watch with family drama and a bit of thrill at its peak.
