Marvel Studios has revealed a fresh TV Spot for the highly anticipated ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness,’ which is only 10 days away from its theatrical release. "In 10 days, nothing can prepare you for the truth" is the official logline of the latest clip of the film coming to theaters on May 6, worldwide.

The trailer has a lot of fresh footage as compared to the previous TV spots, which had only a few seconds. The spot officially confirms that the group showing up in the trailer is indeed the Illuminati led by a variant of Patrick Stewart's Professor X. The confirmation comes in the above clip, when Mordo says, "Stephen Strange, the Illuminati, will see you now."

The TV Spot, which begins with Wong's "Strange... It's time," also gives more footage of America Chavez teaming up with Defender Strange while Doctor Strange performs a magical spell alongside Rachel McAdams' Dr. Christine variant.

This TV spot certainly excites the fans to a whole new level and with the official confirmation of the Illuminati, we might finally see the rumored superheroes on the big screen. We have recently reported a rumor, which says that a variant of Sylvie could be part of the Illuminati appearing in the movie.

In the comics, The "Illuminati" was a secret organization comprised of several of the world's most powerful superheroes: Sorceror Supreme Doctor Strange; Black Bolt, King of the Inhumans; Charles Xavier, founder of the X-Men; Reed Richards, founding member of the Fantastic Four; Namor the Sub-Mariner, King of Atlantis; and Iron Man (Anthony Stark), founding member of the Avengers. For an unspecified period, these six men collaborated to shape and mold the status of the superhuman realm and the world surrounding it. The current members of this team are Doctor Strange (Stephen Strange), Black Bolt, Professor X, Mr. Fantastic (Reed Richards), Namor, Iron Man (Tony Stark), and Sylvie.

The MCU unlocks the Multiverse and pushes its limits further than ever before in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. Travel into the unknown with Doctor Strange as he crosses the mind-bending and deadly various realities of the Multiverse with the help of both old and new mystical allies to fight a mysterious new enemy.

Directed by Sam Raimi, ‘Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness’ will release in theaters on May 6, 2022. In the film, Benedict Cumberbatch plays Doctor Strange, Benedict Wong as Wong, Rachel McAdams as doctor Christine, and Chiwetel Ejiofor as Mordo. Elizabeth Olsen returns in the role of Wanda aka Scarlet Witch, Michael Stühlbarg, and Xochitl Gomez is portraying America Chavez.
