Netflix has revealed the official trailer and release date for two of the upcoming Fullmetal Alchemist movies, ‘Fullmetal Alchemist: The Revenge of Scar’ and ‘Fullmetal Alchemist: The Final Alchemy.’

In the movie, Ed and Al travel to Central, where a serial killer is preying on State Alchemists. Ed's Automail is shattered in the face of tremendous power, and their lives are hanging by a thread. Will the brothers be able to get through this dilemma and resurrect Al's original body? Hidden governmental secrets, the "Promised Day," and Ed and Al's father's background — layers upon layers of riddles and truths are revealed as the drama nears its epic conclusion. What is the brothers' final response...?

Sori Fumihiko has directed both films based on the screenplay written by Miyamoto Takeshi and himself. The cast of both films includes Yamada Ryosuke as Edward Elric, Mizuishi Atomu as Alphonse Elric, Honda Tsubasa as Winry Rockbell, Mackenyu Arata as Scar, Dean Fujioka as Roy Mustang, and Sato Ryuta as Maes Hughes.
