Review:
The most anticipated season of The Umbrella Academy makes a comeback with its second installment on 31st July 2020. The show is based on the comic book series called “The Umbrella Academy”.

This season focuses on our characters and how are they surviving in the different timelines of the 1960s. Due to another error by number 5, each of them land at several years ranging from 1960 to 1963. They focus a lot of their story to the special event that had happened in the US in 1963, you know what I am talking about.

The season is fantastic. The magic, action, VFX everything is just brilliant and top-notch. This season got much bigger than the first one. The story of this season is something that bothers me the entire time as they have the apocalypse coming and the umbrella academy is trying to stop it.

The best thing in this season is the character development of each of them. Vanya finds peace with Sissy and she tries to build an actual family in the 60s, Allison is married to a gentleman and living a great life, Klaus is a cult leader – people follow him and Ben who becomes the best character of the season tries to possess on actual people now.

With all the drama and chaos, we finally reach the end of the season which is quite an interesting cliff-hanger. They are following the comic books diligently and hopefully, they will come for another season which will deal with the rest of the comic book story.

The acting in the show is so good, all of them are so skilled and amazing.

Overall, it was a great ride watching this season and I can’t wait for the 3rd season to kick in.

Final Score – [8/10]
