Amazon has revealed the first trailer for the second season of the sci-fi comedy series ‘Upload.’ Upload Season 2 will release on March 11 on Prime Video, worldwide. All the episodes of Season 2 will drop on the same day.

In Season 2, Nathan is at a crossroads in his after (digital) life. His ex-girlfriend Ingrid has unexpectedly reappeared in Lakeview, hoping to rekindle their relationship, but his heart still longs for his customer service angel Nora. Meanwhile, Nora has gone off the grid and joined the anti-tech rebel group 'The Ludds.' Season Two is jam-packed with fresh near-future concepts, such as Lakeview's newest in-app digital baby program called 'prototykes,' as well as other satirical peeks of future technological advances and problems.

Upload stars Robie Amell, Andy Allo, Zainab Johnson, Kevin Bigley, Allegra Edwards, Owen Daniels, Josh Banday, and Andrea Rosen. Greg Daniels executive produces along with Howard Klein.

In the first season finale, Ingrid arrived at Nathan's 2GB room and discovered him without data, giving him an extra GB so she could chat with him. As she opted to upload, she confessed that she will be with him forever. A person can only upload if they are dead, which means Ingrid committed suicide so she could be with Nathan all the time. The last time fans saw Ingrid in real life, she faced her father after the break-up, confessing she tried to save Nathan by changing the settings on his automobile to protect him.

Upload, created by Greg Daniels, is set in the near future, where humans can be "uploaded" into a virtual afterlife of their choice. The series follows Nathan Brown (Amell), a young software developer who ends himself in the hospital after a self-driving car accident and must make a hasty decision about his fate. After a hurried discussion with his shallow girlfriend Ingrid (Edwards), he decides to be uploaded to her family's lavish virtual afterlife, the Horizen company's "Lakeview." Once uploaded, Nathan meets his customer service “Angel” Nora Anthony (Allo), who at first is his charismatic concierge and guide but quickly becomes his friend and confidante, helping him navigate this new digital extension of life.
