Comedy-Drama ‘Nothing to See Here’ Season 2 Confirmed at Netflix

Netflix has officially renewed the Spanish-language Mexican series, ‘Nothing to See Here’ for a second season. Originally titled, Ojitos De Huevo, the comedy-drama series premiered on November 17 on Netflix, worldwide.

The renewal decision comes after the first season reached first place in the top 10 most-watched series in Mexico and debuted on the global non-English list with more than 2.4 million views.

Produced by Perro Azul and created by Santiago Limón and Big Drama, Alexis and Charly will return with more adventures in Mexico City in the second season of Nothing to See Here. 

The first season of the show follows Alexis, a young blind man who dreams of becoming a successful comedian. He comes to the world's largest city, leaving behind his overprotective father, and is accompanied by his closest friend and "manager," Charly, who has cerebral palsy. Nothing To See Here is a bittersweet comedy that questions political correctness while delving into what it means to pursue one's aspirations in a world that ignores functional diversity. In a city brimming with woke culture, Alexis will teach his audience that there's nothing to see here — and plenty to laugh at.

The series stars Alexis Arroyo, Kike Vazquez, Paola Fernández, Guillermo Villegas, Alejandro Calva, Teté Espinoza, Raúl Villegas, and Veronica Merchant.

‘Nothing to See Here’ Season 1 has also received positive feedback from the critics and the audience. The general consensus praises the show for mocking the woke attitude of the current generation which is over-sensitive about any issue.
