HBO Max has revealed the first teaser trailer for the Game of Thrones prequel series, ‘House of the Dragon’. The teaser (watch above) was first unveiled as part of today’s HBO Max Europe launch event.
The teaser gives us a first look at Targaryens and the Iron Throne. The trailer also includes an epic duel battle, just like we have seen in Game of Thrones season one. In the teaser, Matt Smith (Prince Daemon Targaryen) says “Gods. Kings. Fire. Blood.” “Dreams didn’t make us king. Dragons did.” House Of The Dragon will be released on HBO Max and HBO in April 2022.

The new faces are - Wil Johnson as Ser Vaemond Velaryon - Younger brother to Coryls Velaryon and commander in the Velaryon navy; John Macmillan as Ser Laenor Velaryon - Son of Corlys Velaryon and Rhaenys Targaryen; Savannah Steyn as Lady Laena Velayron - Daughter of Corlys Velaryon and Rhaenys Targaryen; Theo Nate as Ser Laenor Velaryon - Son of Corlys Velaryon and Rhaenys Targaryen.
The cast of the series also includes Paddy Considine as King Viserys Targaryen, Fabien Frankel as Ser Criston Cole, Steve Toussaint as Lord Corlys Velaryon, Eve Best as Princess Rhaenys Velaryon, Rhys Ifans as Otto Hightower, Sonoya Mizuno as Mysaria, and Matt Smith as the series lead, Prince Daemon Targaryen. You can find the complete cast details here.
