“Never Have I Ever” is officially renewed for season 3 at Netflix, a month after its season 2 premiere launched on Netflix. The second season of the coming-of-age comedy premiered on July 15 on Netflix.
“We are grateful to Netflix and Universal Television for allowing us to continue telling this story, as well as the fans all over the world who demanded more of this badly behaved Indian teenager,” said co-creators Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher in a joint statement.
The series was also at #1 spot for more than two weeks in many counties including Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, India, Italy, New Zealand, Nigeria, Pakistan, Paraguay, Peru, Poland, Portugal, South Africa, Spain, and United Kingdom.

“Never Have I Ever” has currently a 95% score from the critics on Rotten Tomatoes and 81% from the audience. The overall consensus indicates that even with average writing, the show is worth to binge watch due to the dazzling performance of its cast. With this kind of overwhelming response from the viewers, it was easier for Netflix producers to renew ‘Never Have I Ever’ for the third season.

Never Have I Ever‘s Season 2 follows Devi (Maitreyi Ramakrishnan) caught up in a dilemma after his crush Paxton and long-time classmate and current friend Ben kiss her. Season 2 is all about her struggle to manage two boyfriends and choose the best one, as she also deals with her mother, who is completely ready to move to India, leaving the US.
Season 2 cast includes Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, Poorna Jagannathan, Richa Moorjani, Jaren Lewison, Darren Barnet, Lee Rodriguez, Ramona Young, Megan Suri, Tyler Alvarez, Utkarsh Ambudkar, and P.J. Byrne. The second season cast also includes the voice of John McEnroe and Gigi Hadid as Narrators. Created by Mindy Kaling and Lang Fisher, "Never Have I Ever" is a coming-of-age comedy-drama about the life of a modern-day first-generation Indian American teenage girl Devi Vishwakumar.
