Netflix has revealed the premiere date and trailer (watch above) for the second season of ‘AlRawabi School for Girls,’ the Arabic-language series. ‘AlRawabi School for Girls’ Season 2 will be released on February 15, 2024, on Netflix, worldwide.

The trailer for the second season was revealed with a small description that reads, "A new year means a new class, new rules — and new rulers — at the prestigious AlRawabi School for Girls."

While confirming the conclusion of the filming last year, creator and director of AlRawabi School For Girls, Tima Shomali, said that filming for the second season was concluded only in 60 days in Amman, Jordan. It took around 1 year to write, 6 months to prepare for, and 60 days to complete the production. Tima also teased that the audience is “in for a surprise” and that the second season will be “nothing like you expect.”

Written and directed by Jordanian director Tima Shomali in collaboration with writer Shirin Kamal, “AlRawabi School for Girls” is the story of a bullied girl seeking vengeance on her tormentors, only to discover that no one is all terrible or all nice, including herself. The show also depicts lesser-known parts of the school. The program portrays and symbolizes patriarchy, corrupt school systems/industries, bullying, sexual assault, reputation, and the practice of honor murders.
