Peacock has officially revealed the premiere date for Dan Brown’s ‘The Lost Symbol’ series. Starring Ashley Zukerman in the leading role, the series will premiere on September 16th on Peacock TV.


The series follows the early adventures of legendary Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon (Zukerman), who gets drawn into a series of dangerous puzzles after his mentor is kidnapped. The CIA assigns him to a task group, where he discovers a terrifying conspiracy. You can watch the full trailer below that was revealed back in May.


The series also stars Simon Webster as Benny, Gia Sandhu as Charlotte Sojani, Patrick Ronan as Clark, Sumalee Montano as Inoue Sato, Sammi Rotibi as Agent Adamu, Eddie Izzard as Peter Solomon, Laura de Carteret as Isabel Solomon, Valorie Curry as Katherine Solomon, Keenan Jolliff as Zachary Solomon, Rick Gonzalez as Nunez, Beau Knapp, and Raoul Bhaneja.


The premiere date was unveiled yesterday (Aug. 1) by Peacock's official Twitter handle mysteriously by solving a puzzle, which we decoded in few minutes. (see below)

 


The Lost Symbol series, written by Dan Dworkin and Jay Beattie, is based on Dan Brown's third novel featuring the Langdon character, following Angels & Demons and The Da Vinci Code, and is set after the conclusion of The Da Vinci Code.


CBS Studios, Imagine Television Studios, and Universal Television are producing Dan Brown's The Lost Symbol. The series' creators and executive producers will be Dan Dworkin and Jay Beattie. Executive producers include Dan Brown, Brian Grazer, Ron Howard, Samie Kim Falvey, and Anna Culp. The pilot was also executive produced and directed by Dan Trachtenberg.
