‘FROM’ Season 5: Filming Dates Revealed for the Final Season of Sci-Fi Mystery Series

With the season four finale just one day away, anticipation is reaching a fever pitch. Fans are counting down the hours until what is expected to be a massive, high-stakes conclusion to this chapter of the story. In the midst of the excitement, we now have official confirmation that pre-production on season five has already begun. Filming schedule has been locked in, marking the final time the cast and crew will come together to bring this world to life. When Amazon MGM renewed the series, they made it clear that season five would serve as the show’s last. This gives the writers and showrunners the rare opportunity to plan a proper ending from the start, rather than rushing to wrap things up at the last minute. It’s the beginning of the end for a series that has grown into a major hit, and with production already moving forward, fans won’t have to wait too long after season four wraps to find out how everything concludes.

As per the official schedule, ‘FROM’ Season 5 will begin filming on July 6, 2026, in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada, and will take almost five months to officially wrap on November 28, 2026. This filming duration has been usual for the show, confirming the 10-episode per season structure. The fifth season began pre-production a couple of weeks back on June 8, 2026. Jack Bender will return to direct a few episodes in the final season.

The fifth season was confirmed by MGM+ days before the Season 4 premiere, while also confirming it to be the most-viewed series in the history of the network. The fifth season will continue to unravel the mystery of a nightmarish town that traps all those who enter. MGM+ has confirmed that ‘FROM’ Season 5 will release in 2027. The first nine episodes of Season 4 have already set up some new mysteries that are likely to be unlocked when the show returns next year.

FROM stars Harold Perrineau and an ensemble cast which includes Catalina Sandino Moreno, Eion Bailey, Hannah Cheramy, Simon Webster, Ricky He, Chloe Van Landschoot, Corteon Moore, Pegah Ghafoori, David Alpay, Elizabeth Saunders, Avery Konrad, Scott McCord, Nathan D. Simmons, Kaelen Ohm, Angela Moore, A.J. Simmons, Julia Doyle, Robert Joy, and Samantha Brown.

FROM is an MGM+ Studios production created by John Griffin. The series is executive produced by Griffin, showrunner Jeff Pinkner, and director Jack Bender.
