Grimm Sleeper Productions has rounded out the cast for its upcoming psychological horror movie ‘Waltz,’ which is a full feature-length version of the 2016 horror short of the same name. GSP's founder Joshua D. Maley is helming the movie, he has also written the screenplay.


British actor Hannah Keeley as Alice is leading the cast with David Dietz as Calvin, Hattie Baier as Ginny, and Savanna Jordan Crane as Jenna.


The film follows Alice, who is desperate after losing her job, she earns money selling photos through an erotically charged social media site. But when an avid fan takes things too far, Alice finds herself in a fight for her life after being abducted by a mad stalker. ut within her tormentor’s lair, both victim and monster will be confronted with the truth of who they really are, and how far each of them will go in this murderous dance.

 

Hannah Keeley grew up in Saddleworth in Greater Manchester, U.K. She received a First Class BA (Hons) in American Theatre Arts from Rose Bruford Drama School in London in 2012. Hannah's broad theatre experience includes touring around the United Kingdom, Ireland, Oman, and China. She has also starred in various films, including the horror feature "Inverted" and the short thriller "No Game Like Foxes."


David Dietz is a Sewickley native with over a decade of experience in the film industry as an actor and cinematographer. He has starred in local films such as “Endgame,” “Indemnity,” “Death from Above,” and “God is Laughing.”


Hattie Baier grew up along the beach in New Jersey. She is entering her Junior year with the Conservatory of the Performing Arts School at Point Park University. She has starred in several films including, “Savannah,” “Taking the Edge off,” “See Me,” and “Time Sick.”


Filming for Waltz will begin in the first week of August (2nd Aug.) and it will shoot in Pittsburgh, PA, United States. The film will be released locally in the U.S. in September 2022.


Way back in 2016, the short psychological horror film, Waltz wrapped up its production, but it never quite got out of post-prod and remains unfinished due to needed re-shoots that are not feasible due to cast and location issues.
