Netflix has revealed the first full-length trailer for the second and final part of “Ozark” Season 4. The second part of the fourth and final season of the hit crime drama will release on April 29, 2022, on Netflix, worldwide.
“Ozark” Season 4 Part 1 was released on January 21, 2022.
The trailer (watch above) begins with Marty (Jason Bateman) talking with Wendy (Laura Linney), "I'm just sick of having blood on my hands, Wendy. It doesn't bother you? She's lost her whole family (referring to Ruth) because she met us." Wendy replies back, "You're so desperate to be the good guy. Why do you choose everyone else over your family? Don't back out on me when we're almost done. Don't do that to me." The trailer proceeds further as we see a lot going on. Ruth is angry and on a rampage and shoots a guy. She can be later seen sniping at one of the members of the cartel.
In the last episode of Part 1 of the final season, the FBI imposes unusual conditions on Navarro in exchange for immunity: he must serve as cartel leader for five years and give intelligence. Navarro accepts and prepares to return to Mexico, but he is apprehended by Maya and local police. Marty advises that the FBI do the same with Javier. Wendy convinces Navarro to inform Javi that he is working with the FBI, preventing Javi from murdering Marty. Javi agrees to the FBI's offer, but only for ten years. Navarro plots his release from prison to restore cartel control. In retaliation for Darlene's continuous heroin sales, Javier murders Darlene and Wyatt. Ruth discovers the bodies and uses a shotgun to confront Marty and Wendy. They deny any responsibility or knowledge, but Jonah tells her that Javier is the one who did it. Javi is untouchable, according to Marty, but Ruth yells that they will have to kill her to stop her.
Jason Bateman, Laura Linney, Charlie Tahan, Sofia Hublitz, Skylar Gaertner, Julia Garner, and Lisa Emery are returning for the final season. The cast of the fourth season also includes Ali Stroker, Veronica Falcón, and Bruce Davison.
