AMC has revealed the first teaser trailer and premiere date for Sci-Fi Series, ‘Moonhaven.’ The first two episodes of ‘Moonhaven’ will release on July 7 on AMC+ and thereafter one episode will be released every Thursday. In India, the series will release on Apple TV+.

In the trailer, Earth's bleak future is coupled with frightening cult vibes on the moon. There's also an artificial intelligence that can do miracles and a detective angle. In the not-too-distant future, the moon has become an ideal community for the people who have escaped a dying Earth and are trying to find out the fate of the human race.

You can watch the trailer above (in the US) and below if you are in any other country. You can also watch the trailer on Reddit.

The series is set on Moonhaven, a utopian community built on a 500-square-mile Garden of Eden built on the Moon. It follows Bella Sway, a lunar cargo pilot and smuggler 100 years in the future, who finds herself accused of a crime and stranded on Moonhaven to find solutions to the problems that will soon end civilization on Mother Earth. Bella, a skeptic in Paradise, is pulled into a plot to seize control of the artificial intelligence responsible for Moonhaven's miracles and teams up with a local detective to fight the forces that want to destroy Earth's only hope before they are destroyed.

The sci-fi thriller series stars Emma McDonald in the leading role of Bella Sway, a lunar cargo pilot and smuggler. “Moonhaven” also stars Joe Manganiello as Tomm Schultz, Ayelet Zurer as Maite Voss, Éva Magyar as Ennis, Dominic Monaghan as Paul Serno, Amara Karan as Indira Mare, and Kadeem Hardison as Arlo.

Peter Ocko is serving as the showrunner of the six-episode series. Deb Spera will serve as a non-writing executive producer. AMC Studios is producing the series. Bridget Savage Cole and Danielle Krudy are directing the first two episodes of the series.
