Warner Bros. Pictures has revealed a new trailer for “Shazam! Fury of the Gods,” this Thursday. The film which is a sequel to the 2019 movie, will release in theaters internationally beginning March 15, 2023, and in North America on March 17, 2023.
From New Line Cinema, “Shazam! Fury of the Gods” continues the story of teenage Billy Batson who, upon reciting the magic word “SHAZAM!,” is transformed into his adult Super Hero alter ego, Shazam.
The trailer begins with Helen Mirren's Hespera threatening Shazam, "We are at war. We will annihilate everything. The champions of this realm can do nothing to stop us."
