‘The Sex Lives of College Girls’ Gets First Trailer & Premiere Date at HBO Max

HBO Max has revealed the first teaser trailer and premiere date for Mindy Kaling's comedy series, ‘The Sex Lives Of College Girls.’ The ten-episode first season will premiere with the first two episodes on November 18 on HBO Max.

The Max original comedy series will continue with three new episodes on November 25 and December 2, leading up to the final two episodes of the season on December 9.

Created by Emmy®-nominated writer/producer Mindy Kaling and Justin Noble, THE SEX LIVES OF COLLEGE GIRLS follows four college roommates as they arrive at New England’s prestigious Essex College. A bundle of contradictions and hormones, these girls are equal parts lovable and infuriating as they live out their new, free lives on campus.

The series stars Pauline Chalamet, Amrit Kaur, Reneé Rapp, and Alyah Chanelle Scott. Additional series regulars include Midori Francis, Gavin Leatherwood, Chris Meyer, Ilia Isorelys Paulino, Lauren Spencer, and Renika Williams.

Pauline Chalamet will star as Kimberly, the valedictorian of a working-class public high school in a humble Arizona suburb.  She's bright, kind, sincere, and driven, and she's academically prepared for college — but not so much socially.

Amrit Kaur will play Bela, a comedy-obsessed, extremely confident cornball from northern New Jersey's affluent suburbs who is never afraid to express what she's thinking. She defines herself as "very sex-positive," even though she had her first sexual encounter just 14 days ago.

Reneé Rapp plays Leighton, who describes herself as a normal, classy girl from a wonderful family. Others might describe her as rude, judgmental, and arrogant. Leighton is a fourth-generation legacy at Essex, hailing from one of the wealthiest (and silently Republican) families on New York City's Upper East Side.

Whitney is played by Alyah Chanelle Scott. Whitney, the Essex soccer team's upcoming star, is strong and self-assured, with a sarcastic sense of humor. She is also the only daughter of the country's most powerful Black senator. Whitney, a graduate of a prestigious Los Angeles prep school, chose an East Coast college to live her most exciting life.

Kaling and showrunner Justin Noble co-wrote the first episode and executive produced with Howard Klein. The series is produced by Kaling International and 3 Arts Entertainment in association with Warner Bros. Television.
