Netflix has revealed the first trailer for the fourth season of its drama series, ‘Virgin River.’ ‘Virgin River’ Season 4 will release on July 20 on Netflix.

Mel begins Season 4 with a sense of optimism, despite not knowing if the baby belongs to her departed husband, Mark, or Jack. She has desired to be a mother for many years, and her goal is one step closer to becoming a reality. While Jack is enthusiastic and supportive, the issue of paternity continues to bother him. The appearance of a handsome new doctor looking to start his own family complicates matters. Hope is still recovering from her car accident, and the psychological implications of her brain injury will have far-reaching consequences for both her and Doc. Brie, determined to prove Calvin's innocence, unexpectedly finds herself in a closer relationship with Mike and one step closer to Calvin's violent criminal web. Even when Preacher forms a new romantic relationship, he can't help but wish to be reunited with Christopher and Paige.

The third season ended on a cliffhanger when Melinda told Jack about her pregnancy when he tries to propose to her. However, Melinda is not sure if Jack is the true father of the child. Season 3 of the series also made ‘Virgin River,’ enter the list of all-time most-watched shows on Netflix, a list where shows like Narcos, and Stranger Things rule.

Based on Robyn Carr's Virgin River novels, the series follows Melinda, who responds to an ad for a job as a midwife and nurse practitioner in the rural Northern California town of Virgin River, thinking it will be the ideal place to start over and leave her unpleasant memories behind. But she soon realizes that small-town life isn't as simple as she thought. Before she can truly call Virgin River her home, she must first learn to mend herself.

The regular cast of ‘Virgin River’ includes Alexandra Breckenridge as Melinda Monroe (Mel), Martin Henderson as Jack Sheridan, Colin Lawrence as John Middleton (Preacher), Tim Matheson as Vernon Mullins (Doc), Benjamin Hollingsworth as Dan Brady, Grayson Gurnsey as Ricky, Sarah Dugdale as Lizzie, Lauren Hammersley as Charmaine Roberts, and Annette O'Toole as Hope McCrea.
