Disney`s `Artemis Fowl` is going Straight to Disney Plus

We broke the News few days back that Disney is planning to move some of its big releases straight to its streaming platform Disney+. Today, Disney announced that its upcoming adventure fantasy movie 'Artemis Fowl' will go straight to Disney+ instead of a regular cinematic release. Earlier Disney also announced the new release date for its upcoming movies which includes all the MCU phase 4 movies. Disney is still hopeful for a regular cinema release of 'Mulan' on July 24 amidst the pandemic.

'Artemis Fowl' was supposed to hit the cinemas on May 29 but was halted due to Coronavirus pandemic. The movie will be available to stream for Disney Plus subscribers in US, UK and India starting June 12.

Deducing that his father’s disappearance is somehow connected to the secretive, reclusive fairy world, cunning Artemis concocts a dangerous plan—so dangerous that he ultimately finds himself in a perilous war of wits with the all-powerful fairies.
