Netflix Unveils First Trailer for Transformers: War for Cybertron - Earthrise

Netflix has released the first teaser trailer for the second season of the anime series Transformers War For Cybertron. The second season will be officially called “Transformers: War For Cybertron: Earthrise.”

The teaser trailer above shows Megatron trapped in the ruins of Cybertron with the Decepticons is preparing to hunt the Autobots while the team of Autobots is out in space with Allspark, trying to reach the Earth. Earthrise is likely to arrive in December 2020.

The official synopsis of Earthrise says - "With the Allspark gone, Megatron is forced to confront the harsh reality that his Decepticons are trapped on a dying Cybertron. Meanwhile, lost in the darkest reaches of space, Optimus Prime and his team embark on a desperate mission, unexpectedly running into ... the spacefaring Mercenaries."

The season 1 of the series - "Seige" saw the team of Autobots along with Optimus prime running away with Allspark through a space bridge while Elita stayed on Cybertron to fight with the Decepticons as she thinks Autobots are gone now, Jetfire also joins her cause.

Developed by Rooster Teeth Studios, Transformers War for Cybertron features the voice talents of Jake Foushee as Optimus Prime, Jason Marnocha as Megatron, Linsay Rousseau as Elita-1, Joe Zieja as Bumblebee, Frank Todaro as Starscream, Rafael Goldstein as Ratchet, Keith Silverstein as Jetfire, Todd Haberkorn as Shockwave & Red Alert, Edward Bosco as Ultra Magnus & Soundwave, Bill Rogers as Wheeljack, Sophia Isabella as Arcee, Brook Chalmers as Impactor, Shawn Hawkins as Mirage, Kaiser Johnson as Ironhide, Miles Luna as Teletraan I & Cliffjumper and Mark Whitten as Sideswipe & Skywarp.
