Netflix has revealed the first trailer for the third season of the South African drama series ‘Blood & Water.’ ‘Blood & Water’ Season 3 will release on November 25 on Netflix, worldwide.
After an explosive second-season finale, the Parkhurst squad is back for another school year filled with new tensions and dramas. Secrets and mysteries continue to envelop Puleng (Ama Qamata) and Fikile (Khosi Ngema), who are getting closer to the truth despite a slew of unanswered questions. The third season has been also titled, Blood & Water: There Is No Escape From The Truth.
In the second season, we saw Puleng and Fikile deal with the aftermath of their explosive encounter as more mystery and drama unwinds. Directed by Mmabatho Montsho, the returning cast for Season 3 includes Thabang Molaba, Dillon Windvogel, Sonia Mbele, Greteli Fincham, Natasha Thahane, Gail Mabalane, and Soni Mbele, among others.
‘Blood & Water’ is set at Parkhurst College, a prestigious inner-city school for Cape Town’s elite scholars and academic overachievers, we follow the exploits of the intelligent, proactive, and impulsive 16- year-old Puleng Khumalo, who engineered her transfer to the school to investigate the 17-year old cold case of her abducted-at-birth older sister.
