Netflix has revealed the first look at ‘Stranger Things’ Season 4 by releasing a sneak peek video and has also confirmed that season 4 will not arrive before 2022. The streamer didn't reveal any confirmed date except it's coming in 2022.

However, it was already in the public domain that season 4 is coming in 2022 for quite some time. But not to disappoint anyone we have an expected released date thanks to our Netflix source (Target Release Date as per our source). According to our contact, ‘Stranger Things’ Season 4 will premiere on March 4, 2022, on Netflix, worldwide. Yesterday, we also revealed the Cobra Kai season 4 premiere date.

The teaser (watch above) has fresh footage from season 4, Dustin can be seen saying, "Holy mother of…," and the 20-sec long teaser ends with a voice saying, "Something's coming. It is almost here."

The most recent teaser, revealed in May, featured a flashback scene in which Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) appeared to be trapped behind a door in the type of institution where she was raised. The teaser also confirmed the return of Dr. Martin Brenner, a former scientist at the US Department of Energy, who raised test subjects at the Hawkins Lab, including Eleven.

Season 4 is still filming and expected to wrap up in few days, we are tracking it and update you with the status as soon as we get a reliable confirmation.

Stranger Things announced four new cast members during Netflix Geeked Week in June. Amybeth McNulty, Myles Truitt, Regina Ting Chen, and Grace Van Dien have joined in recurring roles in season 4.

Stranger Things was created by Matt and Ross Duffer and is produced by Monkey Massacre Productions and 21 Laps Entertainment. The Duffer brothers act as writers, directors, executive producers, and showrunners for the show, with executive producer/director Shawn Levy, executive producer Dan Cohen of 21 Laps, and executive producer Iain Paterson.
