‘The Book of Boba Fett’ Release Date on Disney Plus

Disney Plus has revealed the premiere date for The Mandalorian spin-off series, ‘The Book of Boba Fett.’  The new Lucasfilm series, which was teased during the end-credit scene of the second Season finale of The Mandalorian — will premiere on Wednesday, December 29 on Disney Plus, worldwide.

The thrilling Star Wars adventure, The Book of Boba Fett finds legendary bounty hunter Boba Fett and mercenary Fennec Shand navigating the galaxy's underworld when they return to the sands of Tatooine to stake their claim on the region once ruled by Jabba the Hutt and his crime empire.

The new spin-off series also indicates that Boba Fett's journey with The Mandalorian has come to an end, and he will go his own way showing off his villainy in the hidden pockets of the galaxy. The Mandalorian Season 3 will return in December 2022.

Disney Plus also revealed a poster art for the new series. We can expect an official trailer for the series soon.

The Book of Boba Fett stars Temuera Morrison and Ming-Na Wen. Jon Favreau, Dave Filoni, Robert Rodriguez, Kathleen Kennedy, and Colin Wilson are the executive producers. Karen Gilchrist and Carrie Beck serve as co-executive producers, with John Bartnicki producing and John Hampian as co-producer.

There are few other Star Wars spin-off series, which are also in active development at Disney Plus. Star Wars: Andor and Obi-Wan Kenobi have already completed filming, while Rangers of the New Republic, Ahsoka, and Star Wars: The Acolyte are set to begin production soon.
