The Boys Season 2 Gets A Brand New Extended Trailer from Amazon Prime [Official]

08/04/2020 - The Trailer is officially back.

Amazon Prime has just released a brand new extended official trailer for The Boys Season 2 and it looks as amazing and disturbed (watch above on your own risk - contains spoilers) as The Whale in the exclusive comic-con clip.

The trailer contains lot of spoilers for season 2, one of the main highlight is Stormfront and her relationship with Homelander and how she will act as a foil for Homelander and the Boys strategy to fight back. The trailer also shows Becca Butcher, Annie and her mother are going to ally with the boys and there will be some new supes with extraordinary powers which are not yet shown any of the teasers.

The Official synopsis for season 2 says - In a more intense, more desperate Season 2 of THE BOYS, Butcher, Hughie and the team reel from their losses in Season 1. On the run from the law, they struggle to fight back against the Superheroes. As Vought, the company that manages the heroes, cashes in on the panic over the threat of Supervillains, and a new hero, Stormfront, shakes up the company and challenges an already unstable Homelander.

During Comic-Con 2020, It was announced that season 2 will get an aftershow hosted by Aisha Tyler which will be featuring members of the cast, creative team and other special guests.

The Boys season 2 release date is September 4.

Whereas the first season dropped all eight episodes at once, only the first three episodes of season 2 will be released on September 4. From there, it's weekly. This is what it means for your viewing schedule:
