‘The Witcher’ Season 1 Recap from Blaviken to the Sodden Hill

'The Witcher' Season 2 will release on December 17, but you may not need to watch the entire season one to refresh your memory. Netflix has prepared a guide compiling all of the major highlights of season one to make this clip (watch above), which I believe will be enough to do the job.

This clip recaps the complete first season of ‘The Witcher’ in just 15 minutes. It chronologically shows all of the first season's highlights and key moments, from the beginning (the event at Blaviken) to the finale (the Battle of Sodden Hill).

The second season will start soon after the first season-ending. Convinced that Yennefer’s life was lost at the Battle of Sodden, Geralt of Rivia brings Princess Cirilla to the safest place he knows, his childhood home of Kaer Morhen. While the Continent’s kings, elves, humans, and demons strive for supremacy outside its walls, he must protect the girl from something far more dangerous: the mysterious power she possesses inside.

Returning cast for season 2 includes Henry Cavill, Freya Allan, and Anya Chalotra, while new cast members include Adjoa Andoh as Nenneke, Cassie Clare as Phillippa Eilhart, Liz Carr as Fenn, Graham McTavish as Dijkstra, Kevin Doyle as Ba’lian, Simon Callow as Codringher, Chris Fulton as Rience.
