Netflix has revealed the first trailer (watch above) and premiere date for the Turkish-language series ‘The Club.’ Also titled Kulüp in Turkish, the first part of the series will be released on November 5 on Netflix, worldwide.

The Turkish drama has been confirmed for two parts with 6 episodes in part 1 and 4 episodes in part 2. Filming on the series began last year in October and wrapped up earlier this year. The release date for the 2nd part is yet to be announced.

The series, starring Gokce Bahadir, Baris Arduc, and Salih Bademci, follows the story of Matilda, a seamstress working in Istanbul's most revolutionary nightclub in 1955, and the mother of Rasel, who was unaware of her mother's existence until Matilda was pardoned and released from prison.

Matilda tries to handle the egos of club manager Orhan, her boss Celebi, and visionary artist Selim, while also struggling to repair her connection with her daughter, who is about to fall for the infamous casanova Fistik Ismet. With Matilda's arrival, the club will become a heaven for customers and a hell hole for employees. It will become a home for those who have another character in their lives; perhaps the best family is made by those who have never had it!

The cast of the series also includes Murat Garibagaoglu, Metin Akdülger, Valeria Lakhina, Merve Seyma Zengin, Doganay Ünal, Firat Tanis, Istar Gökseven, Ilker Kilic, Asude Kalebek, and Sezer Aricay.

The show is directed by Zeynep Gunay Tan and Seren Yuce and produced by Saner Ayar and Ayse Durmaz for O3 Turkey Medya. The talented writer's room is headed by Necati Sahin, who is joined by Aysin Akbulut, Serkan Yoruk, Bengu Ucuncu, and Rana Denizer.
